Tulsa’s Land of the Giants: Route 66
On historic Route 66 in the Meadow Gold District you’ll find not one, but FIVE giant fiberglass statues standing 20 feet tall. A guitar-playing cowboy, a lumberjack, a cowgirl, a space cowboy, and Rosie the Riveter. Pick up a Land of the Giants passport in one of the corresponding shops and go on an adventure to get your passport stamped at each giant.

 
 
 
 

Forest Orchard Park: 1145 S. Rockford Ave.
Forest Orchard Park is located on the NE corner of 12th & Rockford. This beautiful community green space was built in 2018 and sits right outside of the Meadow Gold District. It offers sitting areas and a playground for children.

Centennial Park: 1028 East 6th Street
Located just west of Peoria along 6th Street, the beautiful Centennial Center in the newly renamed Veterans Park is now home to the Tulsa Parks administrative offices. Take a walk around Veterans Park you'll find landscaped scenery and water features with spectacular views of the downtown Tulsa skyline. 

Gathering Place: 2650 S John Williams Way
Named the number one public park in the United States, Gathering Place is a 66.5 acres park along the Arkansas River in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Created by the George Kaiser Family Foundation, and designed by landscape architect Michael Van Valkenburgh, the park was established September 8, 2018. It is open to the public free of charge.
